With over 10 years of experience in the optical industry, Adam Li is the Principal Optometrist at 1001 Top Ryde. He enjoys sharing his expertise with every patient and takes pride in finding the best visual solutions for their individual needs. A careful listener and dedicated problem solver, Adam primarily spends his day optimising glasses for work, hobbies, and everyday life—often providing solutions to visual challenges that patients didn't realise could be improved. He is an accredited prescriber of Abiliti, MiSight, Stellest, Ortho-K and MiYOSMART. His niche interest is in rigid contact lenses, including lenses for keratoconus, scleral lenses for severe dry eye, and rigid lenses for patients with very high prescriptions.
