2. Promotion Validity and Availability

• Promotions are valid only during the specified promotional period.

• Eligible products, styles and prescription lens options may vary by store.

• 1001 Optometry may amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion, subject to applicable law. This does not affect rights relating to purchases already made or rights under Australian Consumer Law.

3. In-Store and Online Promotions

• In-store and online promotions are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

• In-store offers are available only at participating 1001 Optometry stores.

• Online offers are available only at 1001optometry.com.au.

• An offer available through one channel does not automatically apply through another.

4. Discount Codes and Promotional Value

• Any required discount code or promotional voucher must be presented or applied at the time of purchase.

• Promotional discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Refunds for eligible returns are calculated using the amount actually paid after discounts.

• Nothing in these terms limits any refund, replacement or other remedy available under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

• Any change-of-mind exclusions will be identified in the applicable product or offer terms.

• Your statutory consumer rights apply regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price, on promotion or as discontinued stock.

6. Health Fund Benefits and Eye Tests

• Health fund benefits may be available for eligible prescription eyewear, subject to your fund’s rules, available limits and individual cover.

• Ordinary health fund benefits are separate from promotional health fund offers. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

• Benefits and out-of-pocket costs vary. Please ask your store team for a quote.

• Eye test appointments are subject to optometrist availability.

• Medicare bulk billing may be available for eligible patients. Any applicable out-of-pocket consultation costs will be confirmed before your appointment.

• Eyewear promotions do not discount consultation fees or require customers to undergo an eye test to receive a product discount.

7. September 2026 — Do Good. Look Good.

The Do Good. Look Good. campaign is available in-store only at participating 1001 Optometry stores from 1 September to 30 September 2026, inclusive.

$101 Off an Eligible Complete Pair

• Receive $101 off an eligible complete pair of prescription glasses.

• A complete pair means a frame purchased together with prescription lenses.

• To qualify, the frame must meet either of the following conditions:

  • Have an original recommended retail price (RRP) of $350 or more; or

  • Be from the Signature Series, 1001 Premium or Allegro range.

• The $350 threshold relates to the frame’s original RRP, not the combined price of the frame and lenses.

• The discount applies once to the eligible complete-pair purchase, not separately to the frame and lenses.

• Prescription sunglasses may qualify for this offer where the frame meets the eligibility requirements.

• Frame-only and lens-only purchases do not qualify.

• The “2 Pairs from $199” package is excluded.

• Prescription lens availability is subject to prescription requirements and product suitability.

• This offer cannot be combined with another discount, package deal, promotional voucher or special pricing unless expressly stated.

• Eligible health fund benefits may be claimed, subject to the conditions in Section 6.

20% Off Selected Non-Prescription Sunglasses

• Receive 20% off selected full-price plano sunglasses.

• Plano sunglasses means sunglasses without prescription lenses.

• Excludes already discounted products, non-participating boutique brands, Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta.

• Prescription sunglasses are excluded from this 20% offer but may qualify for the $101 complete-pair offer above.

• The discount applies to eligible sunglasses only.

• This offer cannot be combined with another discount, promotion, voucher or special pricing.

• Please ask the store team to confirm eligible brands and styles before purchasing.

Eyewear Donations

• Customers are encouraged to donate used glasses to support the Lions Recycle for Sight program.

• Donation is optional and is not a condition of receiving either campaign offer.

• You may donate glasses without making a purchase.

• Please bring donations to a participating 1001 Optometry store during the campaign period.

• Donations will be collected for forwarding to the Lions Recycle for Sight program.

Additional Campaign Conditions

• Both offers are available in-store only and cannot be redeemed online.

• Offers apply only to eligible purchases made during the campaign period.

• Offers are subject to stock availability and cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Promotional discounts are not redeemable for cash or credit.

• By redeeming an offer, customers agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. 50% Off Selected Kids’ Frames — In-Store

• Receive 50% off selected kids’ frames when purchasing a complete pair consisting of a frame and prescription lenses.

• The discount applies to the frame only. Lenses are not discounted under this offer.

• A complete-pair purchase is required.

• Excludes sale items, sunglasses, eye tests, contact lens consultations, contact lenses, value packages, safety eyewear, technology fees and gift cards.

• Non-participating brands and products are excluded.

• This offer cannot be combined with another promotion, discount, voucher or promotional health fund offer unless otherwise stated.

• Eligible health fund benefits are subject to individual fund rules, limits and eligibility.

• Available only at participating 1001 Optometry stores, while stocks last.

• 1001 Optometry may modify or withdraw this offer, subject to applicable law and without affecting rights relating to purchases already made.

9. Discontinued Stock

Products identified as discontinued stock are final-sale items for change-of-mind purposes.

Please choose carefully. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges for discontinued products, including where you have selected an incorrect size or style or the product is no longer suitable for your needs.

Replacement parts, alternative colours, sizes and future restocks may not be available.

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including where a product is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
