LINDBERG Design Day Terms & Conditions

$120 off complete pair offer

1. The $120 off complete pair offer is available in-store at 1001 Optometry Chatswood Chase on Saturday, 15 August 2026 only.
2. Offer applies to the purchase of a complete pair, which includes a LINDBERG optical frame and prescription lenses purchased together in the same transaction.
3. Offer is valid for LINDBERG frame purchases only.
4. The $120 discount is applied to the total complete pair purchase price at the time of purchase.
5. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or gift cards.
6. Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases, existing orders, repairs, adjustments, accessories or frame-only purchases.
7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, voucher or promotion unless otherwise approved by 1001 Optometry.
8. Health fund claiming may be available where eligible. Any health fund benefit is subject to the customer’s individual health fund policy, limits and available entitlements.
9. 1001 Optometry reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the offer at any time, subject to applicable laws.

LINDBERG frame prize draw

1. Customers who purchase a LINDBERG frame at 1001 Optometry Chatswood Chase on Saturday, 15 August 2026 will receive one entry into the prize draw to win an additional LINDBERG frame.
2. Entry is only available to customers who complete an eligible LINDBERG frame purchase during the event date.
3. One entry is permitted per eligible transaction.
4. The prize is one additional LINDBERG frame, selected from the available range as determined by 1001 Optometry.
5. The free LINDBERG frame prize excludes the LINDBERG Buffalo and Precious collections.
6. The prize includes the LINDBERG frame only. Prescription lenses, lens upgrades, coatings, extras, accessories, fitting fees or any additional costs are not included unless otherwise stated by 1001 Optometry.
7. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or any other product.
8. The winner will be drawn after the event and contacted by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
9. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, 1001 Optometry reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10. Employees of 1001 Optometry, associated agencies, suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
11. By entering the prize draw, customers agree that 1001 Optometry may contact them in relation to the prize draw and event follow-up.
12. 1001 Optometry’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Event attendance

1. RSVPs for LINDBERG Design Day are now closed.
2. Customers are still welcome to attend the event as walk-ins, subject to store capacity and availability.
3. Walk-in attendance does not guarantee product availability, a specific frame model, colour, size or appointment time.

General

1. All offers are available at 1001 Optometry Chatswood Chase only, unless otherwise stated.
2. Product availability is limited and subject to stock on hand.
3. Prices, product availability and participating products may vary.
4. These terms and conditions apply in addition to any standard 1001 Optometry purchase, warranty, refund and exchange policies.
5. 1001 Optometry reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and purchases and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent or not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
6. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
