1. Promoter
The promoter is 1001 Optical Pty Limited trading as 1001 Optometry ("Promoter").
2. Promotion
The promotion is the 1001 Optometry Ray-Ban Meta Giveaway conducted in connection with the One Life Club Summit 2026 at The Star Sydney.
3. Promotion Period
Entries open on 25 August 2026 and close on 27 August 2026.
The exact closing time is to be confirmed by the Promoter before the promotion commences.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to eligible attendees of the One Life Club Summit 2026 who meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Australia.
Employees of the Promoter and any person directly involved in conducting the promotion may not be eligible to enter.
5. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the Ray-Ban Meta Giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period.
Entrants must provide the information requested in the entry form and accept these Terms & Conditions.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
6. Entry Limit
One entry per eligible person is permitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
7. Prize
The winner will receive one pair of Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses.
The exact Ray-Ban Meta model, colour, size, lens configuration and recommended retail value are to be confirmed by the Promoter prior to launch.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prescription lenses or prescription lens upgrades are not included in the prize.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.
8. Winner Selection
A winner will be selected from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw date, draw time and draw location are to be confirmed by the Promoter before the promotion commences.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their entry.
The Promoter may require the winner to confirm their eligibility and identity before the prize is awarded.
10. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner does not claim the prize within the period specified by the Promoter, the Promoter may conduct a redraw or otherwise deal with the unclaimed prize in accordance with applicable law.
11. Invalid Entries
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entry, subject to applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided as part of the promotion will be collected and used by 1001 Optometry for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner and otherwise managing the entrant's participation.
Where an entrant separately provides marketing consent, 1001 Optometry may also use their information to communicate about eyewear, eye care, products, services, events and offers in accordance with that consent.
Entry into the giveaway does not require an entrant to consent to receiving optional marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the 1001 Optometry Privacy Policy.
13. Marketing Consent
Any marketing consent requested through the entry form is separate from acceptance of these Giveaway Terms & Conditions.
Entrants may enter the giveaway without opting in to optional marketing communications.

Health fund benefits, annual limits, waiting periods, eligible products and reset dates vary between insurers and policies. Customers should confirm their individual entitlement directly with their health fund.

16. General
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical issues outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the promotion from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
